Acquisition of Funding

To finance scientific and clinical projects as well as the own position we support you process oriented based on our longtime experience in the funding system to acquire successfully national and European funding.

In the case of single projects and fellowships we assist you in all phases of the life cycle of funding acquisition, from finding the appropriate funding program via the application for funding up to the funding decision. We support you in optimizing the nonscientific parts of your proposal and to develop a convincing concept. Already written proposals we revise formally.

In the case of cooperation projects and research initiatives our approach is also holistic starting with the strategic development of the cooperation, the implementation of appropriate management and coordination structures, the development of an optimal design of the proposal, compiling the proposal as well as strategic support up to the funding decision. This includes also assistance in the preparation of presentations in evaluation and review processes. In two phase application procedures we accompany the complete process via the project draft up to the decision about the full proposal.

We counsel organizations, universities and research institutions with regard to their strategic orientation, internationalization, positioning in the research system and the development of a strategic profile by extramural funding. This includes SWOT analyses of the current state, the determination of suitable funding sources, the identification of beneficial partnerships, the design and the compiling of the proposal for funding as well as the strategic support up to the funding decision. This also includes assistance in the preparation of presentations in evaluation and review processes.
